CANCELLATION, REPLACEMENT & REFUND
Cancellation before delivery
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel before you have received it, you need to write to our support team at woodpeckerbags2012@gmail.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be credited to original mode of payment within 7 working days
Return after delivery :
In case you do not like the product, please send us a mail at woodpeckerbags2012@gmail.com along with invoice, latest pics of product with its original package, video of unboxing (at the time when you took the delivery of the product) within 48 hours, we will arrange a pickup. No questions asked. Money will be credited to original mode of payment with in 7 working days-(after deducting nominal shipping charges)
Please note that products return will be accepted:
- If the item is in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale
- If you have uploaded unboxing video
- Defect/issue is notified within 48 hours of receiving the product
Replacements due to manufacturing defect or wrong product delivery
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product received is in defective condition, or has manufacturing defects or if the wrong product is delivered, you can request a replacement of the product within 48 hours of receiving it. For this, you need to write to our support team at woodpeckerbags2012@gmail.com along with invoice, latest pics of product with its original package, video of unboxing (at the time when you took the delivery of the product).
